Abstract: Many aspects of aging of the human body are well studied and established, and a large body of literature exists, that studies prediction of the age of a person from different types of input modalities and fields of view. In this ongoing work, we attempt to find associations between imaging-based CT volumetric data and age, both in a voxel-wise manner using image registration and voxel-wise regression, as well as through an end-to-end learning-based deep regression approach. In this talk, the main methodologies are showcased and compared, and a number of interesting preliminary findings of our study is shown.
