The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the recent 'Schrems II' judgement has introduced new challenges for the use and sharing of sensitive datasets. Managing sensitive datasets has therefore become time-consuming and increasingly complicated. This is especially challenging for machine learning where large datasets are required. The aim of this workshop is therefore to start the development of best practices to make the data management process more efficient and to avoid common pitfalls by sharing challenges, solutions, and other lessons learned when using medical data for machine learning research.
This seminar is open for members of the consortium. If you want to participate, please contact Lars Ailo Bongo.
This VI workshop aims to start the development of best practices of data management to streamline and prevent common pitfalls by sharing challenges and solutions related to the handling of medical data for machine learning research.
